AMOUNTS TO BE DEPOSIT
All reservation deposits are 100% non-refundable.
The reservation deposit amount is for entrance fees to Machu Picchu, Inca Trail, train tickets and hotels.
The reservation deposit must be paid through our website by PayPal with a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. “Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable (as indicated above).
You can pay online by Paypal in advance, or in Cusco at the briefing with cash (recommended).
Note: If you are paying the balance by credit or debit card, you will be charged an additional 5%. fee that must be covered by the clients, this fee is only for the remaining balance, or you can pay in Cusco with tax-free cash before the tour starts.
If you cancel at any time, independent of the time, unfortunately, all reservation deposits are 100% non-refundable. However, you can use it as a deposit for future reservations.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS:
Visitors are responsible for having a valid visa and passport. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. The company is not responsible for problems with passports.
Children are considered under 18 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. They will get a discount, to apply it, request it at the time of booking.
Prices are in US dollars per person and are in group or shared service for all excursions.
HOTEL AND TENTS:
All rooms are standard (two single beds or one double bed) with private facilities. Single rooms can be provided or upgraded the hotel category for an additional charge.
On campsites, two people in one tent. If you require an individual tent, we will provide one at no extra charge.
Please inform us in advance of any special requests so that we can provide them.
Our company offers you complimentary transfers in and out of the airport. Please send us your exact arrival time in advance if you want this free service.
Tipping is completely voluntary. Tipping is a common tradition on any type of tour. Although we pay a good salary to all our staff, an extra tip is always welcome for them.
DURING THE TOUR:
Train tickets are subject to availability. After the tour, your arrival time at your hotel depends on it. If you need a certain train or schedule, please let us know in advance by e-mail.
During the tour you should strictly follow the tour guide’s instructions only and not those of any third party. If you have any problems during the tour, please inform to your guide or to the office to resolve any problems.
If you cannot continue your trip due to illness or injury, we will assist you to go to the nearest medical center or hotel. The traveler must cover travel and medical expenses. However, we will provide you with a certificate for your insurance company. Travel insurance is not mandatory, but we recommend that you purchase one for your trip.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or reschedule the trip in case of adverse weather conditions, disasters, strikes or injuries during the trip.
DEPARTURES AND GROUP SIZE:
Departures are guaranteed because our group tours start from 2 people and a maximum of 8 with one guide, if we have more people up to 16 with 2 tour guides. If groups are larger than 16, a third guide will be provided.
Group tours are open to the whole world. You will travel with other travelers of different ages, countries and speeds when you book a group trip.
All of our tour guides are fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and are native Qhechua speakers. All our tours are conducted in English unless requested
You must inform to Do Adventures Peru of any health problems or allergies you may have.
You should be in good physical and mental condition, if your health is in doubt you should consult your family doctor to see if you are able to take the trip or not.
If you are over 70 years of age, you must provide us with an up-to-date medical certificate.
Taking a trip, such as those we offer, may involve the risk of illness or injury from forces of nature, animals, insects and flora. By booking your trip, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.
Our liability to customers is limited. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by the Client as a result of any third party, except as provided in these Conditions.
The laws of Peru govern this website and Customers are agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peru over any dispute relating to these Terms.
