Day 1: Csuco – Kilometer 104 to Wiñay Wayna
Depart from Cusco early morning to Kilometer 104, explore the Chachabamba archaeological site and Wiñay Wayna.
Reach Inti Punku, the Sun Gate, where the first captivating views of Machu Picchu unfold, descend to Machu Picchu, and conclude the day in Aguas Calientes.
Day 2: Machu Picchu Sunrise and Exploration
Rise early to catch one of the first buses to Machu Picchu, guided tour of Machu Picchu, later descend to Aguas Calientes for a leisurely lunch before returning to Cusco, concluding this condensed yet impactful 2 day Inca Trail tour.

5:00 AM: Depart from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, where you catch the train to Km 104, the starting point of the 2 day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
9:00 AM: Begin the trek showing the 2 Day Inca Trail permits and then visit to the archaeological site of Chachabamba, where our guide will give historical lessons, then ascend towards the spectacular Winay Wayna Inca ruins. Marvel at the terraced fields and intricate Inca structures.
12:00 PM: Enjoy a picnic lunch with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Urubamba River.
1:00 PM: Continue the 2 day Inca trail trek to Inti Punku, the Sun Gate, where your first breathtaking view of Machu Picchu awaits.
2:30 PM: Descend to Machu Picchu an take the first photos with the sunset, and without the crowds of tourists, it is an opportunity to feel the tranquility of Machu Picchu and to imagine how it was in those times. and take a short bus ride to Aguas Calientes. Check into your accommodation and unwind after a day of exploration. finally, we will have dinner in a local restaurant before to go bed.
6:00 AM: Begin your day with a bus ride to Machu picchu gate, with the purpose to have an intimate and serene experience with the morning sun bathing the ruins in a golden glow.
6:30 AM: Your expert guide will commence the tour with an introduction to the history of the Inca civilization, providing insights into their ingenious architectural techniques and urban planning.
